Just less than a year ago I set out on a journey with no goals. I had no previously tested benchmarks, nor any future ones set – I just an idea to get better. Whatever that even was. Today I pulled my first 405lbs deadlift and I checked the 400 club off the list. We’re not done yet, but I wouldn’t be here (or going after the lofty goals I’m chasing) without the support of my trainers, coaches, nutrition team, and everyone along the way who’s reminded me of why I’m doing this. You all know who you are. ??

Every day I wake up with a hunger to go after something special – and I’m very thankful for that.
